At the age of three, Nirva Derbekyan created her first design of a
patchwork boot. She's been living her lifelong dream ever since. A
two-time recipient of The Fashion Award for Excellence, Nirva is a
1998 fashion design graduate from the Massachusetts College of
Art. She has honed her skills in Boston and London, working for many
fashion houses. Today, from her studio in Lexington, Massachusetts,
she channels her lifelong passion into her years of experience, to
bring her designs to life.
Nirva's fashions are authentically feminine; the garments are made for women to look and feel beautiful. Rich fabrics, exceptional colors, and unique detail are at the heart of her collections. High standards of quality are never compromised, and elaborate techniques are employed for embellished pieces. Nirva is particularly known for her attention to detail, right down each exotic bead. Taking inspiration from her travels, each garment exudes genuine character and elegance. |
